Ultima Markets lists support 24 hours a day, 5 days a week, through live chat on its own site, email to [email protected], a help centre at helpcenter.ultimamarkets.com, Telegram @ultimamarkets and WhatsApp on +230 650 3762 — a Mauritius number, matching the group entity that onboards clients outside the UK.

Published channels and what each is good for

The published window is 24 hours a day, five days a week. In Malaysian time that means support follows the trading week: it goes quiet at the Saturday-morning close and returns in the early hours of Monday, so a Sunday problem waits.

Where a Malaysian complaint can actually go

This is the question support cannot answer for you, so it is worth being precise about it. Ultima Markets operates four group companies: an FCA-authorised UK firm (reference 470325, London E1 6RS), an FSC-licensed Mauritius company (GB 23201593), an Estonian entity registered for payment facilitation (registry code 17134727), and an FSCA-licensed South African company (FSP No. 52497). A client in Malaysia is onboarded by the offshore side of that structure.

What follows from that is concrete. The UK compensation scheme and the UK ombudsman are attached to the UK firm and do not travel to an offshore account. Malaysia’s own investor-protection machinery — the Securities Commission’s complaints route and the SIDREC dispute-resolution scheme — is built around licensed capital-market intermediaries, and the Securities Commission Malaysia lists Ultima Markets on its Investor Alert List with a 2024 entry reading “Carrying on unlicensed capital market activities of dealing in securities”. The broker separately states membership of The Financial Commission, an industry dispute body, and insurance cover through Willis Towers Watson with claims eligibility stated up to US$1,000,000 per account; those are the broker’s own arrangements, not a Malaysian statutory protection, and they are worth reading as exactly that. For the dispute body the broker cites, see background on the Financial Commission.

Sources and verification dates

Channels, hours and the entity list were read on Ultima Markets’ own pages on 15 September 2026. The UK entity’s authorisation can be checked directly on the FCA Register under reference 470325, and the Malaysian position on the Securities Commission Malaysia Investor Alert List.

What the published hours mean on a Malaysian clock

The channel list above is the broker’s own, read on its contact page on 15 September 2026. What it does not say is when those channels are actually awake where you are.

Five days means the trading week, not the calendar week. In MYT the window closes with the market around 05:00 Saturday and reopens around 05:00 Monday, so a Sunday problem waits regardless of channel.

Choosing a channel by what you need to prove later

For a platform question, chat is fastest. For anything touching money — a held deposit, a withdrawal that has not arrived, a document rejected — use email and keep the thread: a chat window is not a record you control.

Note the country code before you dial: +230 is Mauritius, matching the group entity that onboards clients outside the UK, not a Malaysian office.

Escalation: what exists and what does not

Four companies carry the brand, and the table above lists them as the broker publishes them: Ultima Markets UK Limited (FCA reference 470325, checkable on the FCA Register), Ultima Markets (Mauritius) Ltd (FSC licence GB 23201593), Ultima Markets EU OÜ (Estonian registry code 17134727, payment facilitation) and Ultima Markets (Pty) Ltd (FSCA FSP No. 52497). A client in Malaysia contracts with the offshore side of that list, not with the UK firm; which of them signs a given Malaysian account is named in the client agreement rather than on the broker’s public pages, and this site does not guess. The list was read on the broker’s own site on 15 September 2026.

A Malaysian client is with the offshore side. That rules out UK compensation and ombudsman routes, and the Securities Commission Malaysia's own machinery is built for licensed intermediaries — which, per its 2024 Investor Alert List entry, this brand is not. What remains is the broker’s own Financial Commission membership and the insurance cover stated on its About page (read on 15 September 2026) — private commercial arrangements, not Malaysian statutory protection. Know which of those you are relying on before you need it.

What this site can and cannot answer about any of that is set out on who checks the numbers: account matters belong to the broker’s own channels above.

Frequently asked questions

Is support available on weekends?
The published window is 24 hours a day, five days a week, which follows the trading week rather than the calendar week.
Which channel should I use for a withdrawal question?
Email or live chat, and keep the written record. Withdrawals on the Malaysia Pay rail are stated at 2–5 working days, so a query raised the same day is usually premature.
Is the WhatsApp number Malaysian?
No. The listed number begins +230, the country code for Mauritius, where one of the group’s licensed entities is registered.
