The order sources are used in

Sources are ranked, and the rank decides which one wins a conflict:

  1. The broker's own published pages for anything contractual — account tiers, costs, the cashier, the entity list. This is the only source that can establish what Ultima Markets offers.
  2. Public registers and regulator lists for status — an authorisation reference, a licence number, an alert-list entry. A register outranks the broker on its own subject.
  3. Platform vendor documentation for anything about the terminals themselves, which are not the broker's product.
  4. Neutral reference material for definitions only — what a CFD is, what a pip is — never for facts about this broker.

Forums, review aggregators, chat groups and video content are not sources on this site. They are useful for finding out what people are asking, and that is the only use they get.

What is recorded for every fact

Behind each published figure the site keeps four fields: the fact, the value as published, the address it was read at, and the date. That record is what makes the rest of this page enforceable — a build is refused when a figure in the text no longer matches the recorded value.

For a client in Malaysia the account is held by the offshore side of the group, not by the FCA-authorised UK company: the broker’s own entity list, read on 15 September 2026, names Ultima Markets (Mauritius) Ltd (FSC licence GB 23201593), Ultima Markets (Pty) Ltd (FSCA FSP No. 52497) and Ultima Markets EU OÜ (Estonian registry code 17134727, payment facilitation) — which of them signs a given account is stated in the client agreement rather than on the public pages, and this site does not guess.

Ultima Markets UK Limited is authorised by the FCA under reference 470325 — read from the broker’s own entity list on 15 September 2026 — but that authorisation belongs to the UK company and does not extend to an account opened from Malaysia. The entry itself is on the FCA Register, where reference 470325 can be looked up directly.

When a source cannot be reached

A register that refuses a connection, a page that has moved, a document behind a login — none of these become a shrug. The attempt and its date are recorded, and the page says what was tried and what came back. An unreachable register is reported as unreachable, never as a confirmation and never as a denial.

There is no Malaysian licence behind the account: the Securities Commission Malaysia lists Ultima Markets on its Investor Alert List with a 2024 entry whose remark reads “Carrying on unlicensed capital market activities of dealing in securities” (read 15 September 2026).

Freshness: when a page is read again

Money facts are re-read quarterly at the latest, and immediately when there is a reason to think a document changed. Entity and registration details are re-read at a longer interval, because they move rarely and loudly. The review dates are kept with the facts rather than announced in prose, so that a stale page is visible as stale.

This site was last updated on 2026-09-15, and the broker's terms on it were read on 15 September 2026.

Corrections: what the route actually is

Stated plainly, because a vague promise here would be worse than none: ult-malaysia.com publishes no mailbox and operates no contact form. There is no inbox behind this site, and pretending otherwise would be the first unverifiable claim on it.

What exists instead is checkable by anyone. Every changeable figure names the page it came from and the day it was read, so a reader can test it in one click. A figure that can no longer be reproduced at its cited source is removed or re-dated at the next review rather than left standing; a wording change that does not alter a fact is made without ceremony. Where a correction changes a number, the read date beside it changes too — that is the visible signal that something moved.

Anything about an actual account — a deposit held, a withdrawal not arrived, a document refused — is between the client and Ultima Markets, and the broker's published channels are listed on the customer service page.
